The Thelma Steinman Seniors' Support Services Unit - Hospice & Long Term Care Visits
Seniors residing in long-term care facilities may experience loneliness and feel disconnected from their communities. Our chaplain provides connection and support to these residents in their new surroundings.
In the final stages of a life-threatening illness, patients and their families experience a variety of powerful emotions. It is often helpful for them to have someone to turn to for emotional and spiritual support during such difficult times. Our chaplain can provide such support.
