available to low income Jewish individuals and families
who qualify under the Tikvah program.
Miriam's Well
is held on the last Monday of every month at Agudath Israel
Synagogue, 1400 Coldrey Avenue between 2:00-6:00pm. Delivery
is available at a cost of $7 per delivery and is limited
to those who qualify.
Agudath Israel's Kosher
Food Bank
Once a month kosher non perisbles
available. Tikvah social workers make referrals to Agudath
Israel’s Kosher Food Bank program. If you would like to
be referred to the Kosher Food Bank, call A Tikvah worker
today to apply.

Ottawa Food Bank
The Ottawa food bank runs food
banks through the city of Ottawa. If you need food immediately
call 613.745.7001 or go to www.theottawafoodbank.ca to locate your nearest foodbank.
