We all face challenges in our lives. Some we manage on our own, with others we can use some help.

The Counselling Group, offers a full range of counselling and support services for children, individuals, couples and families. We also provide group counselling focused on specific issues, such as anger management or grief.

All inquires for counselling will be directed to our Intake Worker / Director. The role of the intake worker is to assist you in considering your counselling options, and to help you choose a therapist who is right for you and has the expertise in the areas of concern to you, your partner, your child, and/or your family. The Counselling Group offers counselling in English, French, Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic and Armenian.
